New roads will connect the neighborhood to Route 411. A network of cycle paths will link up with paths outside the neighborhood, and a future train station is planned in the nearby Horowitz Business Park.
Sha’ar HaIr – ‘the city gate’ – lives up to its name: the gateway in and out of Kiryat Gat, with easy access to Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and the cities of the Shephelah and the south.
The new interchange on Route 40, Route 35 linking the coast with the hill country, the railway, bridges and crossings shorten the way to and from the city. Next to them are the nearby new railway station and an integrated bus terminal – a location close to everywhere, without compromising on quality and quiet.
The neighbourhood is planned as a modern, accessible living environment connected to sport and wellness: parks and walking paths and, across the road in Karmei Gat, 330 dunams (about 82 acres) of parkland along Nahal Komem. Running, walking and cycling routes, outdoor fitness equipment, basketball, padel and football courts, a new municipal stadium and an arena.
And in the quarter itself: a shopping centre, cafés, a patisserie and a range of shops – everything you need for shopping, errands and leisure, close to home.

ALUMA’s design language continues from the facade into the home: convenient layouts, bright spaces and wide balconies. Choose from 3, 4 and 5 room apartments, garden apartments and penthouses with extra-large balconies – a smart layout that connects the entertaining areas with the private spaces.
*Plans are for illustration only, before a building permit, and may change.
29 apartment types across the two buildings: 3 to 6 rooms, a garden apartment, duplexes, mini-penthouses and penthouses. Every apartment has a spacious sun balcony.
Areas are according to the project's marketing plans. Plans are for illustration only; the sale plans attached to the contract are binding.
The neighborhood sits at the junction of key city neighborhoods, including Rehovot HaTze'ira and Rehovot HaHolandit. Beyond it lie the hi-tech and employment zones of Horowitz Park and the Science Park.
