Cinco Investments & Development, founded in 2015, is a real-estate development and construction company specializing in urban renewal – Pinui-Binui (evacuation and reconstruction) and TAMA 38 – and it leads the entire process from start to finish.

We accompany the apartment owners from the very first meeting, through planning and permits, finding an alternative apartment, financing the rent and the move, all the way to construction and handing over the keys to the new apartment – with a personal relationship and full transparency.
