A co-owner of CincoA strategic and financial partnerA partner in all of the company’s activity
Since March 2026, Cinco has been jointly owned with Amram Avraham Construction Company, one of Israel’s leading developers and contractors and a public company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Amram Avraham joined as a shareholder and co-owner of Cinco itself, so the partnership covers the whole company: all of its activity and all of its projects.
A leader in the residential market. In 2024 and 2025 Amram Avraham was the public company that sold the largest number of apartments in Israel. It builds residential projects nationwide, from Safed to Eilat, and is advancing dozens of urban renewal projects.
Financial strength. The group’s equity exceeds NIS 1.5 billion, and it is rated A3.il with a stable outlook by Midroog.
Its own construction arm. Amram Avraham holds a G5 contractor licence – the highest classification – and a wholly owned construction company. In most of its projects it acts as the main contractor itself, from excavation to handing over the apartments.
As a co-owner, Amram Avraham strengthens Cinco as a company. Cinco’s close knowledge of every building and every apartment owner, together with Amram Avraham’s financial strength and experience, gives apartment owners in all of the company’s projects peace of mind: a strong, stable company from planning to handover.
Figures are based on the financial statements and reports of Amram Avraham Construction Company Ltd., the company’s website and the business press, as of September 2026. Number of projects according to the company’s website, as of 31.3.2026.
