About us

Cinco Investments & Development was founded in 2015 as a development and construction company specializing in urban renewal – Pinui-Binui and TAMA 38. The company does not stop at construction: it is responsible for the entire process from start to finish and accompanies the apartment owners all the way, from the first meeting to the handover of the keys to their new apartment.

It all starts with a personal relationship with the residents. Our team meets the apartment owners, listens to their needs, explains every stage and answers every question. Once the agreement is signed, Cinco plans the project with architects and consultants, advances the plan and the building permit with the authorities, and arranges bank financing and guarantees for the apartment owners.

When it is time to move out, Cinco takes responsibility for that too. We help the residents find an alternative apartment that suits them, pay their rent for the entire construction period and accompany them through the move itself, so the apartment owners are never left alone at the most complex moment of the process.

After the evacuation, the company demolishes the old building and erects a new one in its place, under close engineering supervision and to a high standard, keeping the residents regularly updated on the progress of the works.

When construction is complete, Cinco obtains the occupancy permits, hands every family the keys to its new apartment, and continues to accompany the apartment owners after they move in – through the registration of the apartments and the warranty period.
